Concepts omited

Just downloaded the art style guide some good stuff but i noticed none of my concepts are included, I'd understand if they simply didn't match the colour palette yet nearly every single concept image in the guide fails to match each other or the colour palette specified

Seeing as most of these were done before we had a definite style guide it seems a bit rude to simply omit mine without good reason given

Carter was just showing me your art style guide, it's interesting that concept work is included. Is the whole purpose of an art style guide not to act as reference for the concept artists? I was just wondering what the concept artists were working to, if there was no written documentation previously. :)

Best of luck to ye all.

i though that the art style has not been completed yet and they where the drawing that best conveyed the basic idea of the concept......thats what i thought.

I suspect it could have just been something as simple as not having any of your images to hand. As for your musings Kitto.... I think I'll be happy if we get the thing done at all, regardless of order...

I'm sorry that you're a bit annoyed that none of your work was included, however you must take into consideration that it is a work is progress and that I was working with what was available to me at the time. Most of your concept work posted was done before our main idea was nailed down, so I couldn't include it. There is no problem with the work that you've submitted so far so the more concept art produced then chances are then more of your work would be placed in the guide.
